I keep seeing neat cars driving campus with giant stickers on the back window. Which is a thing that drives me nuts, because I think it ruins the cars.

I finally figured out what the logo is, it’s the Emblem of Kuwait:

The ZR1 wheels on that Camaro look pretty good though.
